your delivery charges will depend on your location.

Our hire time is priced at a 4 hour window, any overtime will be priced at $55/hr until midnight.

all outdoor bookings are subject to clear weather conditions only. cancellations will occur if wet
weather if forecast or there are strong winds for our inflatable equipment. We allow 48 hours to give
notice of any changes unless an alternative venue or a fully enclosed coverage has been arranged.

the softplay sets can range from 4-6m x 4-6m, this is set up according to your allocated area on the
day of your event. the ballpits range from 2x2m to 3x3, where we generally set all other play items
around this. the Bounce Houses range from 2.5x2.5m 0r 3x3m, all 3m in height.
